The company was founded in 1993 by Stephen J. Getsy an experienced technical and operations executive in the on-line segment of the information technology industry with a track record of success in both large corporations and early stage companies.   Mr. Getsy’s background includes senior technical and management experience at leading information technology companies such as IBM, ADP and Fiserv.  He also had been instrumental in starting a number of early stage technology companies as both a hands on executive and investor.  Mr. Getsy has earned B. S. Degree in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Computer Science from New York University and an executive MBA from  the Columbia Business School.
